Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces take longer; we'll let you know the expected ship date when you order.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, package size, and destination, using USPS and FedEx rates. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Combined shipping

We're happy to combine multiple items into a single package whenever possible to save you on shipping costs.

If you purchase multiple items within a 24-hour window and your order(s) have not yet been processed and shipped, we will pack them together in one box.
We'll recalculate the shipping fee based on the actual combined weight, dimensions, and destination, and refund any overpaid shipping.
If your orders have already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to combine them.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email karenh@heavenswoodandfiber.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
